Because I've been busy with this Dahlia Fairy, I won't be able to design the new flower arrangement for this week. However, I think the Dahlia Fairy would still be a lovely choice for this week.

Abbreviations & Explaination
ch: chain, draw up a loop from a st.
sc: single crochet, insert the hook and draw up a loop, pull through 2 loops
hdc: half double crochet, yarn over, insert the hook and draw up a loop, pull through 3 loops together.
sl2tog: slip 2 st together, draw up a loop, pull through 2 sts together.
dc: double crochet, yarn over, insert the hook and draw up a loop, pull through 2 loops, pull through 2 loops again.
Tsc: Tunisian single crochet, insert the hook and draw up a loop, leave the loop on the hook.

Instructions
Flower Over Head
R1: (4dctog, 3dctog) *3 in a magic ring, sl to the 1st sc st to join.
R2: 5ch, 1sl on the 1st bump, 1sc, 1hdc, 1sc, 1sl to the 1st st of front loop of R1, 5ch, 1sl on the 1st bump, 1sc, 1hdc, 1sc, 1sl to the next st of front loop of R1,repeat this 4 more times.
R3: move to the back loop of R1 by 1sl, 2sc on each st, total 12sts.
R4: 6ch, 1sl on the 1st bump, 1tsc on each of next 4 bumps, 1tsc on the loop of 1st ch st, 1tsc on the front loop of R3, sl2tog till one loop on the hook, 1sc on the 2nd bump, 1sc on each of next 3 bumps, 1sl on the front loop of R3, 1sl on each of next 2sts
